By accessing, downloading, or using TripBudgy (hereinafter referred to as "the App" or "the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service and must immediately delete the App from your device.

Eligibility and Account Security

To use our Service, you must be at least 13 years of age. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Service as provided by us.

AI-Powered Features and Disclaimers

The Service utilizes advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technologies provided by third-party processors to facilitate data extraction and natural language processing. You acknowledge and agree to the following:

• AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies or errors.
• The Service is provided on an "as is" basis regarding AI-generated data.
• Verification: You are strictly required to verify the accuracy of all data extracted or suggested by AI before relying on it for financial planning, debt settlement, or any other purpose.
• We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your reliance on inaccurate AI outputs.

Subscriptions and Financial Terms

We offer premium features through auto-renewing subscription plans. Details of current pricing and features are available within the App. All financial transactions are processed securely through third-party app store platforms. Your purchase is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective app store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your app store settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works of the App.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code.
• Using the Service for any fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Interfering with the security or performance of the Service.
• Automated scraping or data harvesting from the App.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, design, and trademarks, remain our exclusive property. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights. You retain ownership of the data you enter, but grant us a license to store and process it to provide the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or financial loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Turkey.
